It is well known that significant gains can be achieved through land development and building projects. However, these opportunities rarely come without elements of risk, stress, and financial commitment. Development funding can also be difficult to secure and expensive to maintain.

BuildFree was created with this in mind. Our service is designed to remove as much of the stress and financial burden as possible. Our aim is to help clients achieve a far greater return from their land or project than could typically be achieved by simply selling the site in its undeveloped state.

We offer a complete BuildFree development service for conversions, new builds, and full property renovations that are intended to be sold upon completion — all with no upfront costs.

How does it work?

If you own a building plot, land suitable for development, or another property with development potential, but do not wish to deal with the complexity, risk, or cost of undertaking the project yourself, this service may be ideal for you.

 

Following an initial discussion, we will review all available information and prepare a project proposal. This will include a straightforward agreement for BuildFree to undertake the necessary development works in order to maximise the value of the site prior to sale.

 

BuildFree operates on a percentage share of the final sale price, which covers the development costs and marketing of the completed project. All terms are clearly explained and agreed in writing before a simple contract is drawn up by solicitors to ensure security for both parties.

 

Once the development is complete, BuildFree will market the property with the aim of achieving the best possible return for everyone involved.
